MIRUMMUNDI
From a selection of pure Lacrima grapes ripened on our vineyards located between 190 and 250 meters above sea level, facing south, southwest, on the hills of Morro d’Alba, in the district of the Castelli di Jesi.
The soil is rather clayey with a presence of sand. Manual harvesting. Cutting with some grapes left to wither.
Maturation in steel. Wine to be enjoyed at room temperature (18°-20°).
Morro d’Alba is part of the Castelli di Jesi, where in 1194, in the main square of the free commune, Emperor Frederick II of Swabia was born in a tent by Empress Constance, one of the most interesting and mysterious figures in European history. He had a multifaceted and fascinating personality, also known by the nickname MIRUM MUNDI.
